What can be purchased
One-time virtual coin packs are available through WooCommerce. Cheque orders remain on hold until payment has cleared. Coins are added after cleared payment is confirmed.
Payment Support
Purchases and Refunds
Optional purchases are for virtual entertainment content only. They never create cash value, prizes, redemptions, withdrawals, or gambling winnings.
No deposits
Payments are not deposits. Virtual coins cannot be cashed out or exchanged for money, goods, services, or prizes.
Crediting
Coins are credited only after payment confirmation from WooCommerce or a verified server-side payment webhook.
Refund requests
Contact info [at] pizzafansgames.com with the account email, order ID, pack name, and issue. Refund eligibility depends on payment status, fraud checks, chargebacks, and applicable consumer law.
Failed payment
If payment fails or is reversed, the pack may not be credited or the corresponding entertainment balance may be adjusted.
Adults only
Purchases are available only for users aged 18 or older.
